Association","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"急性期医療施設における看護師と看護補助者の業務分担の現状と看護補助者活用の効果と課題について明らかにすることを目的として、看護部長、看護師長を対象に質問紙調査を行った。その結果、看護補助者の業務内容と実施体制では、看護補助者が実施している率が高い業務は、配膳・下膳、ベッド周囲の清掃・整頓、自立患者のベッドメイキング等であった。実施率が低かったのは、電子カルテへの代行入力、膀胱留置カテーテル内の尿の後始末等であった。各実施業務における実施体制では、看護補助者が単独で行うことが多い業務は、尿器・便器の準備・片付け、寝具・リネン管理等であった。看護師と共に行うことが多い業務は、臥床患者のベッドメイキング、ストレッチャー搬送等であることが明らかとなった。\nまた、看護補助者活用の効果では、看護補助体制加算制度開始後、50％以上が、看護補助者が増えたとしていた。看護業務の変化では、50.8％が良くなったとしていた。その理由として、【専門性を必要とする業務に専念する時間の増加】や【看護師の業務負担の軽減】等5 つのカテゴリーが抽出された。一方、変わらない理由として、【看護補助者の配置数に変化がない】、【従来から看護補助者との協働による業務管理をしている】等があげられた。\n看護補助者の活用・協働における問題点では、【看護補助者間の人間関係に関する問題】、【看護補助者の患者対応、接遇面の問題】、【看護補助者の業務遂行能力に関する問題】等、8
