Medicine","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"看護基礎教育の段階から在宅ケア推進に向けてのアセスメントを学ぶ実習を組み立てることは重要である。そこで、在宅ケア推進に向けた効果的な教育方法の試みとして、成人看護学実習で学生が担当した患者の退院支援についてアセスメントする学習を地域医療連携室見学実習の中で取り入れたので、その効果を報告する。\n対象者は学士課程3 年生および4 年生81 名。調査項目は、属性として性別、年齢をたずねた。また、実習目標5 項目、患者の退院支援について3 項目、地域医療連携室について3 項目、地域医療連携室の看護への興味、見学実習の学習効果について5 件法（とても、まあまあ、どちらでもない、あまり、まったく）でたずねた。\n62 名を分析の対象とした（有効回答率76.5％）。対象者の平均年齢は21.2 ± 0.6 歳、女性93.5％、男性6.5％であった。実習目標5 項目、患者の退院支援について3 項目、地域医療連携室について3
