者)）について尿中I型コラーゲン架橋Nテロペプチド（尿中NTx）を測定し、骨折に関する危険因子を探索する調査を行った。骨折の既往がある成人重症児（者）36名（男性17名、女性19名）について検討した。男性重症児（者）、月経のある女性重症児（者）、月経のない女性重症児（者）のいずれも、尿中NTxの平均値は骨折リスクカットオフ値を超えた。特に20歳代の成人男性の重症児（者）と無月経を呈する成人女性の尿中NTx が高値であった。研究対象者全体でBody Mass
