Hospital","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的：本研究の目的は、病院外来における在宅療養支援の現状と課題を明らかにし、課題解決の方向性を検討することである。\n方法：対象は、病院施設の看護部長149名であり、2018年2月に質問紙調査を行った。調査内容は、現在行っている在宅療養支援内容、在宅療養支援体制の整備状況、支援展開上の課題、支援展開に関する見解、看護協会への要望である。\n結果：85名から有効回答を得た。現在行っている在宅療養支援内容は、【外来患者の情報の収集・共有】、【在宅療養継続に向けた指導・支援】等のカテゴリーが抽出された。在宅療養支援展開上の課題は、マンパワーや支援体制の不足、外来看護師の勤務や背景が多様なため体制が整わない、看護師の知識・スキルの不足等、体制上の課題と実践力の課題が高率であった。今後必要な取り組みでは、明確な診療報酬の設定、外来の業務整理と人員確保、医師等関連職種の理解が高率であった。在宅療養支援展開に関する見解では、67％が地域包括ケアを推進するために重要であると回答し、53％が在宅療養支援をもっと進めていきたいと回答していた。看護協会への要望では、【研修・交流機会の整備】、【看護行政への働きかけ】等のカテゴリーが抽出された。\n結論：看護部長は、病院外来における在宅療養支援は重要と考え、もっと進めていきたいと考えているが、支援体制上の課題や看護師の実践力の課題があることを認識していた。そのために、自組織の体制整備や教育の充実が必要と考えていた。また、看護協会における教育機会や看護行政への働きかけへの期待も見られた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"京都府立医科大学医学部看護学科","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1348-5962","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"南田,
